HOW TO MEET THIS ANIMAL:

LOCATION: Foster home

ADOPTION COORDINATOR: Mary Beth and Lani

ADOPTION FEE: $475. This fee INCLUDES spay/neuter and microchip. **Ask me about our many adoption benefits that include free exams, pet insurance, training and other discounts!

ESTIMATE WEIGHT FULL GROWN: ~50-60 lbs

KNOWN WITH DOGS: Chex LOVES to play!!!! She gets along well with dogs.

KNOWN WITH CATS: Has not been cat tested

KNOWN WITH KIDS: The foster does not have any children, but feels she would do well with them given her disposition

KNOWN COMMANDS: She is learning to sit

KNOWN HOUSEBREAKING &/OR CRATING: Chex is working on house training and crate training! She is REALLY good at using puppy pads, enough to say she is "paper" trained!!

KNOWN LIKES: Playtime with people and puppies, cuddly naps, treats, dinner time, kisses and cuddles!!!! Chex's favorite thing is to be cuddled by people

KNOWN DISLIKES: None

ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:

Chex is a five-month-old Labrador mix, characterized by her exuberance and joyful demeanor. This energetic puppy thrives on human companionship, often snuggling next to her foster caregiver. She remains by her side while she works from home, serving as an attentive supervisor to ensure tasks are completed promptly, allowing for ample time to engage in play and cuddling afterward. Chex exhibits excellent social skills with other dogs, displaying a playful nature and a fondness for running and chasing. Her preferred activities include tug-of-war and pursuing squeaky toys. Although her exposure to cats has been limited, she is generally amiable and gets along well with everyone. With her charming gaze, she effortlessly attracts attention, prompting passersby to stop and pet her. Chex is a wonderful dog who will make a great family pet.
