ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Howard is a lively and cheerful puppy who never stops wagging his tail. Full of curiosity, he spends his days happily exploring every nook and cranny of his foster home. Howard adores cuddling his sister enjoying the warmth and comfort of their bond. Always eager to play he has a growing fascination with toys, especially ones that squeak or roll. With his joyful energy and sweet demeanor, Howard is the heart of his home!
